We are all very concerned over the direction of our nation and need your help.  We are passionate about working together to voice our values and secure a better future.  We are inspired to stir into action REAL POSITIVE CHANGE that would make our forefathers proud!  Campaigning is FUN! Therefore, GCRW is initiating its “Let’s Win in 2010!” campaign.  You are the necessary ingredient for success.   GCRW is ready to help you become involved in campaigns in elections through November 2010.  Here is the basic information that you need to get started:
Your Precinct number
Precinct Chairman contact information
Names of others in your precinct who are also members of Golden Corridor to partner with you

What can you do?

JOIN our GCRW CAMPAIGN TEAM today!  Whatever your experience or interest level, we have a plan.  Your choices are:

Mentorship Program

Are you new and have never worked on a campaign?  Want to know what to do and what to say?  Join the GCRW mentoring program where a seasoned campaigner will give you training with other newcomers.  Learning by DOING has been proven to be the best way to learn.

Be a Mentor Program

We would like to match up several new people with our more experienced campaign workers. You will introduce those who are new to campaigns to precinct walking, telephone banking, etc.  You will be able to choose the campaign of your choice to work on.  As you know, GCRW is unable to endorse a specific candidate until after the primary election on March 2.  Therefore, candidates are not eligible to serve as mentors.

Get Out the Vote (GOTV) Program

This program is designed for those who have some experience in campaigns and who feel comfortable talking with others about issues or candidates.  You will receive helpful instructions or additional training on: working with your Precinct Chairman or neighborhood coordinator, contacting Republican primary voters, precinct walking lists, scripts, neighborhood coffees, blogging and much more.

Pick your campaign level and email me back indicating your level of interest.  We want to build a strong team!  This team building experience will teach you how to be informed and participate in helping local and state candidates WIN elections.

We look forward to your response.  Together we will grow our influence in our communities, our state, and our nation.

Sincerely,

Suzanne Blackstone
